6. Legal documentation verifying your copyright ownership or your authority to act on behalf of the owner.
7. Your electronic or physical signature.

Misrepresentation of Claims

Please note, under Title 17 USC §512(f), anyone who knowingly makes false claims regarding copyright infringement may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. This is to ensure that claims are made in good faith.

Response to a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a DMCA notice, Firestick Unlocked will review the claim and, at its sole discretion, may take action, including the removal of the allegedly infringing content. The website may also seek further remedies beyond the removal of the content if deemed necessary.
